Homemade Dijon Mustard

Looking for a homemade mustard recipe? Look no further. This mustard is fun to make and tasty on your favorite sandwich. Be warned – it’s not mild.



  1. Combine ingredients and let soak at room temperature overnight (8 to 12 hours)
  2. Transfer ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
  3. Move mixture to a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for three to five minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Strain through a mesh strainer over a bowl. Press as much mustard through as possible.
  5. Transfer to a jar and let age five days before eating.
  6. Enjoy!
