It’s April Fools, and what better way to fool ourselves than to brew up a grocery store beer. In this episode, we’re attempting to home brew Natural Light aka Natty Light. This light lager has barely any character of barley, malt, hops, or other grains. So, other than smelling faintly of beer, it’s a great candidate to try making from junk we picked up at Walmart. Hopefully this homebrewing how-to and tasting will keep you from making the same mistake — or was it a mistake? Can you make beer from NO TRADITIONAL beer-making ingredients other than water and yeast? We’ll certainly try!
